A lot of people, including the Wiki say that Sahasi(Rani's father) is Janna's second cub, but I don't really think that's true.
If you still choose to have Surak and Sahasi as siblings, that's totally cool! That's what headcanons are after all.

I was skimming episodes of TLG on Disney+ for Mkali-Baadaye stuff, and paused on the cloud scene. I realized, however, that everyone related to Queen Jana alive in the show, all have her specific
3-4 color ear rims. Rani, Surak, Janna, Baliyo. They all have this very specific ear rim that isn't present on any other lions. The only one out of the two deceased parents having the same markings, is Ananda, the mother.
To further prove this theory, Ananda also has a pink/bright nose, similar to Janna. She also has eye markings which are present on Janna and Baliyo. There's also the fact that neither Ananda, Surak, Rani, or Baliyo are half as scruffy as Sahasi, and you COULD say "Well Janna is" but in truth, in my opinion -- I think that's just how the animators chose to display aging, along with wrinkles. Elderly humans tend to be far less "sleek" and "bright" hair-wise as opposed to a young woman in her 20s.

Anyway! This is just my theory on who is actually Janna's second cub (As its never stated in the show, up to speculation), but I believe with the similar markings -- Janna had a daughter, not two sons.
