Description
This is a stew that my boyfriend and I made last Sunday, 10/28/2012. It is a variation of the Pork and Hominy Stew recipe found in the Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook.
We substituted Chili powder for the Red Pepper Flakes, dry Cilantro for the fresh, granulated Garlic for the cloves, and left out the peppers and radishes.
