Anyways, to tell the truth, I dislike LxNaomi and RayexNaomi from the bottom of my heart. e_e
But I absolutely adore BBxNaomi!!
I think they make a really cute and funny pairing. And the fact that Misora hates BB's guts so much is exactly what makes it so adorable! Hahaha!
So I thought I'd make a little comic about it.
(And this is my first digital comic ever! Yay!)

Raye seems so... domineering over Naomi. I don't like it; Naomi's my favourite female character in Death Note. "Naomi, you're hear as my fiancee, nothing else." Yeah, well, fuck you, too, asshole.
LxNaomi is probably one of the most realistic possible pairings in Death Note, one that I indulge in occasionally.
HOWEVAH. BBxNaomi do NOT get enough love. Seriously. It is so ridiculously hard to find fanfictions with them. The entire fandom is dominated by LxLight and MattxMello. Not that I dislike those oh-so delicious pairings. BUT STILL.

I know, Misora falling for B is extremely far-fetched and I have yet to find an author who can pull it off. Not really saying much; the stories are rare in general.

I don't know, I always thought LXNiomi was the most... believable of all his possible pairings. Even though it's not hot or anything, LXLight always will get me more excited then that couple, I think it would make sense that L could become attracted to such a beautiful, strong and smart character with a good heart. I think he really admired her, and did learn his martial art from her. If she didn't have a fiancee, I think L might've slipped and allowed himself to get involved with her to some extent, and even if Niomi never fully returned his affections, they could've held a strong friendship that could've eventually blossomed into a kiss or two anyway... I just see it as something bittersweet and realistic, not the fluffy OMG YAOI LXLIGHT MATTXMELLOXNEAR PAAAAAARTAAAAAAAH I usuallu go for but... I like LxNiomi in a different, quieter way I think.

I understand your point of view and I know LxNaomi is realistic. The reason why I really don't like it is because I think their relationship feels too... HEAVY. I don't really know how to explain better, but if they were an official couple, I'd find it suffocating. I can only see them as close work partners or friends, at most.
I prefer the idea of BB having a little crush on her, because he obviously finds her pretty and impressively smart as well. But what I like the most about these two is the "lightness" of their relationship. BB has a really dark side, but he still goofs around Misora and plays dumb. It makes their bond funny and unique. And at the end of the novel, Misora kinda feels for him when she understands the reason of his acts. So...
No, I can't see them together for real, but I really enjoy seeing the murderer having a soft spot for the girl.
And I like LightxL because L has never been THIS close to anyone before (chaining themself together, that's REAL close LOL) and I think Light is probably the only person who'd be able to truly understand him, since they're both so alike.
But we all have our tastes and opinions, and it was really nice of you to share yours. :3
