One and all, please welcome Porygon to the Pokemon Power Portrait series !
"State-of-the-art technology was used to create Porygon. It was the first artificial Pokémon to be created via computer programming."
This took about an hour using iPad and Procreate! I modified the Inka brush on Procreate to get these bold lines.
