Done with acrylics.Amnesia: The Dark Descent © Frictional games
This really happened to me while playing the Amnesia. I tried to do that famous drawer trick, but suddenly Mr. Face put his ugly head trought the drawer, straight at my face. I almost got heart attack and of course died in the game.
Amnesia still manages to give me a creepy surprises.

I hear it works sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't. I wouldn't know though, I don't have the game, just watched videos.

It depends, pretty much.
I tried it out (by cheating tho', didn't want to die) and the monster does have a bit of hard time finding you/noticing you, but it does eventually see you and attack.
Even a slight little movement at that point will give you away.
But luckily they are stupid enough in the game. You hide into the closet in front of their faces and they go like "HUH?! Where did he go?"

I did carry on and nothing happened, yet. Still no monsters. Funny, I've played a bit more than my brother but he said he saw a monster (which is why he actually gave up playing).
