Oh my gosh, Ecco the dolphin!! I remember playing that game when I was like five in a Sega trailer... I thought it was sorta creepy, and I couldn't get out of the pool of water in the first level. You do not know how many times I tried jumping over the piece of land on the side of the screen to escape. I kept dying for some reason and I felt sorry for the dolphin. I didn't even know if that's what I was supposed to do. In my history of video game playing, Ecco has been the hardest, haha!! Maybe because I was a five-year-old Sega noob. Anyway, this is epic nostalgia. Although I'm not familiar with the unicorn reference, it looks pretty epic too. [faves!]

Haha, yah... I wandered into the Sega trailer with my older sister and played Ecco, gave up, and switched to failing at Marko's Magic Football... dunno if you're familiar with that one!

Hvaen't played either but I have my own distraction in the form of a little cousin who ALWAYS!!!!! visits when I'm in the mood to play platformers... in my left ear is the constant "JUMP NOW!! GET THAT ITEM!!! JUMP NOW!!!! HEE!! You missed... JUMP NOW!!!!! You suck at this." when I'm playing. Mentally I'm thinking, "Why don't you go play in the dark alley out back, I'm sure there's a couple of friends there who play with you..." imagining a L4D hunter/infected or several sitting there bored, perking up as the delightful little child skips into the alleyway, screaming "I WANNA PLAY TAG!!!"
