Snowy environment is clearly not working well for headcrabs... They need to be knitted warm wool hats to survive in this cold.

Maybe someone has pointed this out already, but those boots sticking out from the snow pile look like they belong to the TF2 Soldier...or Santa Claus who was carrying a pistol.
(And I still think it would be cool if Valve made an L4D game with cool designs like your "winter" special infected. I also think that it would be cool if the setting was in another country other than the United States. It would add to the fear factor that the virus is now worldwide).

Even though really, snow from the roof can really kill, especially if it`s frozen, together with icicles that can be as big as this fav.me/d5sox0q . True story, as I once find a really giant piece of ice on the pavement that was frozen solid ice and big enough to crush a car underneath it (as well as enough heavy to do this as well, like a concrete block). Good thing it caused no damage at all, except maybe the pavement.

Pretty unpleasant con when you have snowy winter, methinks, a possibility of death whenever you walk around houses with snow on tilted roofs.
Especially after all sheep and other wooly mammals except rabid dogs would be killed for food/shelter.
