Yeah it would be possible and just to see the both hunters fighting like wild cats im thinking they don't like each other or because they are very territorial or maybe the both motives

Yeah that's right the hunter are the infected who acts a bit more like a wild animal/beast than human and if they fight for their territory they would mark (like the dog pissing on the area) im just imaginating how a hunter mark it's territory (oh my god O_O)
