I was in full-on panic mode for a moment there...I couldn't find the head crab...but then I found him, and everything was okay again ^_^

I can see the charger feeding the chickens, gathering them up at the sings of mischief, and keeping them safe from the explosion. (Clearly, he was a farmer before he was a zombie.) But...why do zombies need chickens? Are they infected chickens? Is he building a self-sufficient lifestyle for when the corpses and survivors run out? That would explain the setting hen on an eyeball, but now I wonder if zombie chickens can procreate, or even lay eggs for that matter. What does the rooster sound like, what will the chicks be like?
You know what? I'm probably reading into this too much. It's just force of habit; I'm a country girl who dabbles in veterinary knowledge...

Yeap, that's all right about the charger. Apparently he still just want to protect his chickens and at least those birds produce tasty eggs. And chickens are normal, not infected, because green flu is mammal's desease.

Oh, cool! I had a hunch about the charger because of those overalls... As a barn bum myself, I can say for certain that farmers and ranchers NEVER QUIT EVARR.
Mammals only, huh? So, no infected snakes or parrots, but what about aquatic species? Are there man-eating seals or whales out out there? That'd actually be kinda funny, like having Flipper show up at a sinking ship and the survivor be all, "Yay, I'm saved! That's a good boy, Mr. Dolphin--AIIIEEE HE'S EATING MEE!)

Wait...blue whales eat plankton. Their diet wouldn't change much after being infected, since there isn't much you can do with baleen. Sure, they could harass ships or something, but they still won't be eating anything bigger than krill or minnows. Toothed whales like orcas or dolphins could get nasty, though. OOH! Just think of what a sperm whale could do with those big chompers! They could smash a ship and eat the sailors like Moby Dick himself...

Omg, yes. Freaking Moby Dick ambushing a slapped-together ship full of survivors. Or maybe some kinda salty-dog whaler zombie-hunters? Don't forget the krakens--I MEAN-- giant squids. Being Nordic, you'd probably have more ideas than me about angry seals or whales and stuff. Things could get interesting if you consider how bullets are next to useless after about one meter of water. HARPOONS AHOY! Oh, and there's plenty of sailor lingo to play with. "Cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey" is a notable example, along with the usual "port" and "starboard" confusion and words like "poopdeck" and "rail meat" and "scrimshaw" and "spinnaker" and and and--Β
