"Sir, are you sure you want to stay at the SDS stables during the two days you are there?"
"It will save money" was Dewey's clipped answer.
"Yes sir" the butler sighed, it wasn't like the young man didn't have enough money to stay elsewhere during the show. However he knew better then to argue with his boss. For whatever reason Dewey was bent upon staying at the stables despite the noise and chaos that would come along with it.

Dewey did have a reason, Katrina, she had been bent on the Gent and Dewey experiencing all they could at this show, why he had no clue, it wasn't like that would change anything. However, it would be amusing, it was always amusing to watch the lesser people, to see them scurry about, looking nervous, the noise and chaos were music to his ears.

It simply made him calmer and treat Gent better and for a fleeting moment he wondered if that was the real reason Katrina had suggested they stayed there. She was always yapping at him to treat his bay stallion better and Gent certainly seemed more responsive as Dewey's attitude was calmer. Perhaps Katrina had a point.
