I see this not as an image against racism... I believe that in it the differences of races are gravely accentuated (the pitch black and the snow white), and shows the racial divide in between, with fists braking trough (symbolizing racial strife).
It does paint a clear picture of a clear fact, that there are racial tensions; as I see it, it doesn't say that racism is wrong or not. In my mind you totally missed the point in this one - no offense... For the thing you were trying to say, a gradient in between would work much better, with the hands showing more friendly gestures....

well the title says: 'all equal' not: stop racism .. even though this would be the logical conclusion...
why aggressive gestures: because it is a struggle for real, people get hurt.
And we are all equal in that sense that even if we keep fighting there will be no winner as we are equally strong and none deserves more than another. It's a useless struggle.. fighting in vain ... and there is NO winner in this picture.
Maybe you should see it this way and that's what you actually do by saying: there are tensions so... you've got the message anyways
but yeah: I do understand your point of view... nP man ^^
