One who is Gaybian / Velaurian ( or equivalent term ) in a Cenelian ( Gay Nonbinary-loving-Nonbinary / NLN oriented ) way

Nonbinary in this definition refers to anyone who is not entirely on the binary. Those who do not identify with “Nonbinary” as a term, and instead use terms like Genderqueer, etc., are still welcome to use Captulian ( similar to Cenelian )

"Captulian" references Capture orbit, aka Parabolic trajectory. I chose to reference this because it follows the themes of Cenelian ( coming from "Centrifugal" ) and Celarsian ( coming from "Celestial". )

This second flag is slightly more similar to the Cenelian flag. Which one you use or prefer is totally up to your personal preference.
