Another style comparison! I used to be more interested in art styles such as the more "Instagram" art style, but I realized my preferences, my inspiration and the general feeling or look I wanted to evoke in my art was very different from that. Overtime I got fed up with my very "gummy" and soft art style, trading it for more hard-edged, textured and 90s Japanese inspired art styles (think Akira, Ghost in the Shell, NANA etc.)
