This problem is made even worse when your character is a cyborg and his metal forehead/brow is bent out of shape over and over again by his super-eyebrows.

Yeah, that too. It's like the character can't choose how to react to the dialogue, so his/her just face goes through the full range of expressions (nod - frown - surprised - incredulous - etc.) in a ten seconds or so...

Yeah, I could do one, but only if the animation would serve some function such as illustrate an action that can't be easily depicted by the means of a standard comic (like dancing eyebrows). I probably won't animate a whole comic just for animation's sake, though - that's far too time-consuming.
