Download for .zip file.My roommate showed me the fan-made Hetalia cursors she found the other day and I was overcome with an urge to learn how to make them myself. This is my first attempt, and I'm using them right now.

They are so cute. If I knew how to install a new cursor on Vista, I would be using them right now.

Just put the cursors (After extracting them) in the "C:\Windows\Cursors" folder, then right click on the desktop and select "Personalize". In the new window that pops up, choose "Mouse Pointers". :3
