he summons tar that can trap anything in its wake and disintegrate into more tar

[but secretly the tar is the molecular gateway to a transdimensional gap in existance that has neither time nor space where he can store various physical and questionably other manifestations within it for later use which he calls the time capsule or lunch tin cause he discovered his power while using his tin lunch box to save stuff near his house but it was dark on the inside and food didn't go bad (and the bugs didn't die either)]
