its ok feeling bad sometimes
you dont have to act like everything its ok, when its dont.
like you dont have permission to feel frustraded beacuse your a christian
God knows everything about you
and if theres something bother you, crushing you
he is your best friend, your refugie
and if you want to share it, talk somebody, ist ok ask for help to.

theres no need to fight alone,
because you're not alone.

But I will sing of Thy power,
I will sing aloud of Thy mercy in the morning;
for Thou hast been my defense and refuge in the day of my trouble. salm 59:16
