Woah dude, thats pretty damn good. I like the colours you used and the shapes, looks very organic with a bitta funk mixed into it.
The extra shapes in the top left corner kind of stuffs up the theme of it all though, get rid of it and add more tentacles, 
Also, it's a bit dark, add some text or something?
