I'm even more impressed sir...your still using WinXP are you not? And you're pumping out HD models in DX9.0c....I'm beyond blown away. Boy you must have ONE HELL OF A GOOD GRAPHICS CARD!

my laptop has done some of my rendered vids for quite a while now but the software is old and plus there is a serious glitch with win XP now where everything starts crashing and the icon labels get black and faded. Sometimes I have to manually power it down and power it back on to get it rebooted properly. It happens if that thing sits idle for too long. Never did work out what's causing it.

Windows XP is a great Windows OS. Maybe if itsHelias94 was using Vista or 8 I might be surprised but in the end I am surprised itsHelias94 is using Maya rather than Blender which is a much better program that works on Linux(the best OS in the world). Autodesk's days are numbered. Blender, Unity, and Source Engine is all it takes to make quality 3D content(including video games).

that's what I'm wondering too..cause I need to switch to a much better program...but I'm not sure which one to go with. I see all kinds of works...Bluehog uses Blender...Helias uses Autodesk I'm kinda torn between an x number of worlds here on what would be the best one to use. Ofcourse though I seriously need to upgrade this graphics card I have. Its good...but there is a lot better out there now...mine's out of date completely. Geforce GT220 lolz.<--YE OLDE GRAPHICS CARD
WinXP I've used since its beginning lolz. I just switched I think to Win 7 on my main tower just early last year. Its fairly stable which I like but the support for older things..YIKES but I noticed better display quality in my vid making though.

that part I'm aware of and so is the documentation on training too which is schweet...but is that program potent enough to pump out high resolution stuff like this or can you only achieve Nintendo Wii Graphics capabilities with whats inside?

You can pump out HD stuff for sure. Go check out the gallery on Blender.org if you want some examples.
