Description
Caught out in the rain, Halliwell meditates (read: sulks) while waiting for the the storm to relent. It was cold and wet and absolutely abysmal. Coastal winds brought heavy clouds closer and quicker to the East than it ever did in Taika, but anything here was better than there.
