Her main relationship is with Yume, or who she calls, "Yumie". they're polar opposites, but their love blossomed when Kazuko was helping Yume look for some friends while at school, and as the pair interacted, Yume kinda fell in love with Kazuko for her contrasting nature, which eventually turned them into the pair they are now. One of the friends she helped Yume meet was Ritsu, who eventually went on to be an idol. Ritsu still visits the pair occasionally on her free days, and even gives them some money (which, knowing the pair, they spend on underwear). She also has a big sis, Yuuka! They get along well, and even Yuuka likes to join in on teasing Yume~.

She loves doing things with Yume, as expected, though said things are usually lewd... And range from surprise kissing for a shocked reaction to even a wedgie! As for fears, not many, except when Yume gets mad at her.
