Sorry if it doesn't make sense but the story is " Papyrus found an anomaly [Which he didn't notice was an anomaly] so he told sans that he found a new person at the underground. so sans took him somewhere for a "friendly meeting" but in the end telling K.S that this anomaly is dangerous which is a lie the anomaly was harmless.
