Description
I always wanted to make something different and here we go, custom perks, custom stats, custom icons, and a new weapon!!

Now the perks:

Intrinsic Perk:
- Quantum Light:
     This weapon can switch between two fire modes: standard bullet mode and railgun mode. When in railgun mode, all bullets in the magazine collapse into one and create a devastating paralyzing bullet. (this effect scales with the number of bullets in the magazine when switching)
    Additionally, this weapon always needs to be charged up before shooting.
Exotic Perk:
Quantum Intelligence:
    While aiming through the scope, this weapon adjusts its damage type based on the enemy shield type. Killing shielded enemies grants better target acquisition and stability.

Standard perks:

- Opening Shot: Improved accuracy and range on the opening shot of attack.

- Fitted Stock:
    This stock makes the weapon stable but heavy.
    Increases stability
    Moderately controls recoil
    Slightly decreases handling speed

Concept perk:

Paralyzing Bolts:
    This weapon shoots bolts that can paralyze enemies when they hit.
