Intrinsic perk: Sun's demise: The more you aim down sights on an enemy the more they will be blind(kind of the same effect of the of when you hit a turn back).When an enemy is completely blind they will be blind for additional 1 sec.(3 sec to be completely blind).

Choose between the two:

Exotic perk 1: Where is it?: When the enemy is blind you get a significant bonus in damage but the rate of fire is significantly decreased. You also get bonus agility(+1 agility).

Exotic perk 2: Oh here it is: When the enemy is blind you get a significant bonus in rate of fire but the damage is significantly decreased. You can see the blinded enemy through walls.
