First Perk: The Intellectual: passively this hand cannon has an intellect stat.
Second Perk: Travelers Favor: every 3rd precision shot drastically increase super charge rate. For PvP, change super to grenade/Melee. When perk is activated light glows from the barrel of the gun in similar way to hawkmoon just way better.
