Rouge Noir, also known as (AKA) duverian javen, is javen but evil. He has the same attributes as the original counterpart. In fact, both rouge nior and fellar javen have been confirmed to be the same bot by javen himself.

Rouge noir has used to loyally work for vordaax as a well respected and feared military general. He looked up to his brother as a capable ruler, one who wants to improve on the well being of all runadians and give them more opportunities in becoming more powerful and successful than any kairdean runadian can get. However, rouge would soon discover the cracks in the duverian system when he saw the abuse and neglect many lower ranking runadians have to suffer. He attempted to convince the deranged leader to change his way and get a welfare check, only to be beaten up for his efforts. After many years of failing to to persuade his brother to change his cruel ways, javen decided to call it quits.Knowing that vordaax can no longer be reasoned with and that the stakes of the retaliatorz depend on him, his first order of business is to send his own troops, family and friends away from the duverian empire by staging a false coup wich acts as a diversion for his followers to leave as safely as possible.

The escape was successful, however, rouge stayed behimd and allows himself gets tortured for letting the retaliatorz, the most powerful army in the duverian empire to rebel against the supreme commander. The dark tyrant would give Javen a second chance in proving his loyalty by telling him to demolish his own army in cold blood. However, rouge would finess vordaax into betraying him by acting incompitant. Rouge managed to escape with his life and reunited with his fellow retaliatorz. Vordaax, on the other hand was punished by gravelar for seemingly executing the most powerful asset the duverians can offer by demoting him from grand general to vice general.

Ever since turing on vordaax, rouge noir got rid of his alias and now calls himself fellar javen. He was congragulated by Fantom, Nobellion, Aviliar and many more of his surpporters for his bravery and intelligence. Javen would later go on to join with Kairdeas, confess his crimes and to reveal the truth about the duverians.
