TV Rouge has been developed by the alliance in order to combat more powerful skibidi toilets. He has the same powers as the original Rouge Noire. However, TV Rouge has other abilities that the original does not have. Like the TV men, has can use the TV beam do defeat his enemies. He has several different types of TV beams at hand. These include:

Footage sharing: He can show live feed from a differnt point of view such as security cameras, phone cameras or cameramen.

Ultra voilet hypnotising TV beam: This beam is used to hypnotise his foes and freeze them in place, allowing his allies to defeat them with ease.

White flash TV beam: This beam is used to blind his opponents or use it as a flash bang. The resulting attack can lead to temporary blindness and disorientation. It is however, nt effective against enemies wearing sunglasses.

Infrared TV beam: This is easily one of the most powerful TV beam that TV Rouge has in his arsenal. Once he uses it, he blast some loud sounds in the form of the THX logo sound all while flashing an extremely bright red screen at his opponents. This attack is as loud as a fighter jet taking off, being half as bright as the sun, has a temperature of over 10000 degree celcius and might release small amounts of electromagnetic radiation. Due to how loud and intense this attack is, the skibidi toilets would either flush themselves or explode. However, it can also obliterate allies in the process. There is a reason why allies such as humans runadians, cameramen and many more are adviced to run away as far as possible.

His biggest weakness is that he is very slow and cannot fly when he is using his TV beams.

The v1.5 varaint has fixed all of the issues that the original one has and includes new abilities. These include

Orange ember TV beam: This TV beam can easily burn organic flesh and metal alike, effectively killing his opponents.

Detachable head: TV Rouge is now able to detach his head and move around as a flying TV head. He can either use his TV beams while in this state or attatch it to any machinery he finds such as super computers or other giant skibidi toilets. Once he attaches himself on to any target, he can take control of them. He can also hack with relative ease.

Increase mobility: TV Rouge no longer has to worry about when he is using his TV beams.

Fixed abilities: The The infrared TV beam is now more concentrated and can fire it like a laser with less concerns for friendly fire.
