Well, I kinda wanted your opinion on my OC... Just curious.
I know you don’t like the Ruffs that much but... here we go.
This is my OC Brylee, aka known as the Rowdyruff Girl or Mysterious Hooded Ruff.
And before I get asked, she’s not the Ruffs sibling or their girlfriend. She isn’t in love with any of the boys whatsoever and finds romance love gross.
She’s a close friend of there’s. Meeting Boomer when he tried to steal her candy.
Shes also friends with the ruffs because they're the only people who can understand her emotions and thoughts. She tried to make other friends at Pokey Oaks. But lashed out from fear of being judged for her powers and attitude and made kids scared of her. The only kids in the class that aren’t scared of her are the puffs themselves, maybe besides Bubbles who does feel slight fear towards her. The girls aren’t scared of her but dislike her for her mean attitude and demeanor.
She lives with her father who works most of the time and has two dogs. The first dog is her dads old police retired dog named Ringo. And the second is her own husky puppy named Thunder. Who’s with her with the Ruffs at times.
When shes not at school or with her dad she’s with the boys, hanging out or causing chaos.
Whenever she is causing chaos however, she wears a very dark hoodie that hides everything on her expect her face. Which causes her indenty to be mostly hidden. Most citizens don’t know who she really is and call the hooded figure the Hooded Ruff. As to them, it’s unknown who it really is. Especially from above.
Out of relationships with the Ruffs she gets along with Butch the most. Having a similar personality and interests to him, from brawling to competing in games. That’s actually how they bonded. Boomer introduced her to Butch and Butch wanted to challenge her to the Destructolympics he called it. She agreed and that’s how the bonding and competitive streak between them began.
Brylees main powers revolve around electricity. As that’s one thing that helped create her. Not sure how yet, still working on that in the bio. She can control it and shock people at her own will. Shocking someone is her first instinct in protecting herself or someone else. She also has extreme speed and can run on foot much faster then a puff or ruff can fly. This helps from the electricity charge in her body, causing her to have more speed and energy.
Shes extremely loyal and extroverted when she’s with people she trusts. However, when confronted with strangers she’s shy and aggressive, completely on edge. No one really knows why she acts this way, and neither does she.
Anyway, I do have a full bio sheet if your interested but this is basically the long short of it. Thoughts on her?

Sounds like she might get along well with my OC Samantha, who is of Powerpunk descent. I have yet to create an official bio for her, but I think I can come up with something on the fly here.
- She got banned from Viletown after refusing to help the Punks take over Townsville. Though initially, they sent her there to act as a spy, as well as a gateway to enter Townsville uninhibited, she decided to cut ties with them when she arrived and live her life as a homeless outcast.
- Sam has fire powers, and a tactical and strategic knowledge that far exceeds that of any PPG. Despite that, though, she usually just commits petty crimes, such as shoplifting and small robberies, taking only what she needs to get by.
- Her personality is kinda like that of Buttercup, but with a far meaner streak. Where Buttercup usually just pulls innocent and relatively harmless pranks on people, Sam's antics can often actually hurt people.
- Even though Sam tries to act like a nice girl, she has a very short temper, and gets VERY hotheaded if something or someone is bothering her. When she goes into rage mode, she can cause total and utter chaos (kinda like Bubbles when she blows her top).
- Sam sees Daisy as her sister more than her friend, and is the only person she will listen to. The details are complicated, but basically, it dates back to their very first encounter, where Daisy's determination to stop Sam at the risk of her own life left the latter with a feeling of respect, which then turned into friendship.

You mean in terms of alignment (good versus evil)? I'd say a bit in between.
If the RRB like her to the extent that they'll let her hang out, and even stay with them, then at least she's mean enough to cause issues for those she might think are beneath her. However, since you also said she's a bit of loner otherwise, I think she's more benign than her appearance might give off, just misunderstood.

I'm not sure why my opinion matters, but I can certainly see the potential. It's an interesting character, at the very least.
And if you don't mind, I could probably use her to develop Samantha a bit more. After all, their personalities are not much different, and I think both characters could benefit well from each other.

I'm thinking of a collaboration between the two of us. Both of us have OCs that need to be developed further, an given their somewhat similar personalities, I think by getting them involved with each other would be a good way to get that done.
