this is great and imma favorite it, but in my opinion, hazel and frank dont kiss for more than 1 second, I mean frank is exactly what you described, and hazel's 13. ok maybe relationships at 13 work otherwise, i dont know. its like... they only kiss sometimes. that's a... headcanon? I have.

I think you have very valid points! In my strip their relationship has stabilized and have started to make out, but still nothing further. I believe they're progressing veeery slowly since, as you said, Hazel is only thirteen and Frank simply isn't ready. They will give each other time!
