Made with Jwildfire. The flame file has very simple transforms, and uses a cellular noise weight field with affine offsets to get the 'continent' effect. I use the paint.net jitter filter by pyrochild and the G'MIC-Qt "shifter" and "UltraWarp 2" filters by Joan Rake, which contributes to the parallax effect.

Makes me think of the increasing frequency of data leaks, the bureaucratic management of them that typically involves clamping down even further with surveillance, and how there may never be a global version of the GDPR .
