It is an excerpt from my fantastic story "The Stairway of Universum". It is from the last part of it that is called "The Black Tetrahedron".
" Science started experiments with studying alternative worlds and additional dimensions, but it was only beginning. These experiments were made at special space stations beyond the Solar System because they were extremely dangerous. There was one case when scientists opened the door to an unknown world. The flow of plasma at billions of degrees and hard gamma radiation burst out of a small area of contact between the worlds. The powerful gravitation wave travelled through the fabric of space-time. The station evaporated as if it didn't exist."
