In my opinion, Dot is one of the cutest characters Pixar and Disney have ever created. It was really adorable when she was initially the only ant who liked Flik. And later when Hopper invaded The Ant Island, she found him and reminded him that he may become a hero, like a small grain may become a huge tree, which persuaded our hero to come back and save his friends from oppresive tyrrant. Thanks to this, Dot deserved to get a higher status as the Princess of the island.
