I think it would be interesting if Pixar created a Toy Story TV series, which could take place between Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3 and be about the everyday life of Andy's Toys. For example, they could run their own Youtube Channel, which could be focused on Toys' vlogging and livestreaming.
