I've had a similar idea for an incredibly dark ending.
[Mild Spoilers. Certain people who's names you may or may not have heard are mentioned]
You make it all the way through the game in a pacifist run and after defeating the evil Asriel, he comes to his senses.
He looks at the ground, too guilty to make eye contact with you.
Through his sad tearful voice, he tells you he understands if you if you choose never to forgive him.
You shake your head and tell him you never blamed him for what happened.
Surprised, he looks up at you with confusion. "But, I did this, Frisk. I caused all of this."
"No", you say. This was Chara's doing. She's responsible, not you.
He stutters, trying to form a sentence but stops when to his surprise, you lean in and embrace him in a hug.
After a moment, he returns the hug and his tears return again as he thanks you for believing in him.
Still in his embrace, you smile and tell him "Of course I would. After all, I learned the most valuable lesson here from you."
"Um, what did you learn from me?", he inquires.
"Kill or be Killed", you whisper into his ear.
Asriel chokes as you plunge the concealed knife into his back.
His grip lessens on you as he slowly sinks to the floor, his wide eyes focused on your face.
You grin and open your eyes for the first time since the hug began, revealing they're glowing a deep red.
The realization on his face is tangible.
His greatest enemy never left; just relocated.
Chara is back.

Thanks! I was actually hoping to draw it along with a unique "pacifist's sacrifice" ending. Unfortunately, my art skills are pretty terrible.
If I finish writing them out, I'll commission an artist to sketch it up nicely and post the whole thing on my page.
