SORRY FOR ANOTHER STAMP BUT I'M JUST ANNOYED AS HELL!!!What the hell is wrong with people?!?! They think my profile page (or many others too) is their freaking advertisement page?! does my page look like a place where you can feature yourself?!?! NO MY PROFILE PAGE IS NOT A PLACE FOR YOUR SELF FEATURE!!
so just stop sending me your awesome contests, your great pieces, your commission prizes and your begs for watches, faves or even POINTS! Just TODAY I got 3 people commenting and asking for points. WTF?! can understand asking for donations, but ont YOUR OWN profile pages! Did you see me spamming random deviants or friends begging for points? I surely have asked for points through a journal and a stmpa but that was on my own page so I can do this! I could never go to random people and paste my donation link or begs for donations or begs for commissions joining contests or spamming them with my art or anything that's just freaking RIDICULOUS!! Do you think that when I have 200k + pageviews and many watchers makes you able to use my page for your own business?! search for friends that are advertising! search for groups that are advertisign! advertise by yourself!
BUT STOP SPAMMING MY PAGE!!!!!!!!!!
No I don't mean to be not nice. I'm always featuring contests or commissions by my friends and I'm featuring people and when I can I'm donating prizes or features doing what I can to help many friends and even unknown people but I NEVER spammed someones page to show off myself in any way!!!! I hate this! If you think my profile page is your advertisement page, just go and kick yourself because that is WRONG. I hate people who want only views, pageviews, comments, faves, arts for free and are using someone elses page to do so! USE YOUR OWN PAGE! I have done everything by myself and with help of m friends and I was always fair so be fair too or get off of my profile! and get out of my groups too!! (because they're doing the same thing in my groups. pityful.
I'm always ready to help and such but just use the 'note me' button to ask for a feature and do not spam my page! do not use me as your feature machine!!!

You can put it in journals and in the costum box whitout PM, i did it for ages before i got PM

I'm sick of waking up each day and getting 100 comments on my page "thnx 4 llama" "thnx 4 fave", etc. People don't notice in my about me where I asked them to not comment and it's frustrating.

I leave comments on my friends' profiles with links of my work, but only if it's something I made FOR THEM. Otherwise I know that they watch me so they'll get to my work eventually. 
I do leave links to deviations I find whilst browsing that I think they might like, for example one of my friends is a HUGE Harry Potter fan, so whenever I find a paticularly epic peice of fanart, I'll send it to her.

Shame how people use other people's popularity to get, well, popular.
Have some dignity people! Do you want to say:
"I'm where I'm at right now because I decided to scream 'LOOK AT MY STUFF IM AWESOME' at someone's popular page."
or
"I'm where I'm at right because I'm AWESOME. AS. HECK."
Don't get me wrong, I understand. You just want people to know that you exist and you want to make people happy with your work and who knows? They might like you A LOT! But still, wouldn't you be annoyed if someone 'used' you to become popular?
And what do they get? The honor to be the billboard for your advertisement?
Well, hey, maybe the person is okay with you doing that. But without the person's OK...it's...well...

I only ask close friends of mine to enter my contest. It kinda bothers me if someone watches me and then ask for a request and shit. I also hate it if someone askes me to join their contest and I dont even know the person.

It pisses me off when people come to my page asking me to look at their gallery or wanting me to watch them. If anything, it makes me NOT want to do it and I usually just end up flagging the comment as spam.
For example, just the other day I had some idiot commenting on one of deviations advertising their own commissions...there was nothing about the art they were supposedly looking at, just a link to their own work.
What also really annoys me is when people beg for points. Yes, I do occasionally donate the spare points I have, but to FRIENDS and people who I think need them. Not to random strangers who only come to my page looking for money.

Fortunately, it hasnβt happened on my profile but Iβve seen it done it other peoples profiles. I specially hate when a they go to a personβs deviation and just post a link to their art/journal/profile without even commenting on the art and to make it more annoying this often happens I the pages of popular artists and take advantage of their fame so they can get some easy pageviews

I agree on this stamp , lately, this is happening to me quite lately(and some of the clubs that I own) that ppl are asking me to join their contests,donate points to them,chain-mailing,watching them, etc. . I even have a custom box on my profile page, and yet,some people continue that anyways) .I hate that. If they(the ppl who bugging you) want to advertise, they should buy ADCAST. Easier Said than done.

Just the other day, I got a comment on my page about some contest. Pfffft.
Sometimes I get "thank you" comments for faving art that also includes links to said art. It's pretty clear that I've already seen their work. Now they're just advertising.
