I have heard, in the Arcology, there is a boy that they fear. Some of the older men claim that he is Shiva unbound, that he has come to set their world aflame. He comes from Sun City and can kill an army of drones and Dogs they send for him. He is spoken of in whispers. They say he is coming for his revenge.
