An entry for Realm-of-Serpents ' just passed (or, almost over when I'm posting this, but shhh) Sweet Challenges event, created in collaboration with the talented Imagi-Nethat ! They did the sketch, colours and shading, while I did lines and the background.

We drew our characters Grigory and Ragna watching fireworks from their shared home... these two mean the world to me 🥺 they're both stuck in a bad situation where they have every reason to retreat into themselves and trust no one, and yet they've found friendship and comfort—someone they can rely on—in the other person. They've both been through a lot already (I bully Grig for a living) but here's hoping there's kinder things in their future.
