Description
One of several custom drawings I did for my "TALL" sketchbook, earlier this year. This one of Jessica Rabbit! Large sized Canson art paper (19 x 24 I believe, cut in half). Faber-Castell PITT artist Pens (Mostly S, XS and the fat B!) for the blacks & line-work, Sharpie Poster-Paint Extra Fine Point for the opaque highlights.Original Art available HERE!:

This is fantastic. The one thing that immediately jumped out at me was the perspective of Jessica's arms reaching out to you.

It's as if she's swooning out the last notes of another sultry slow one in another club- not exactly a dive, but still not the top- waiting for the next so n so to come in that will lead to the next chapter of thrill in her life. Whether it's the 1920s of Toon Town or someplace along the Vegas strip, you've given new life to a timeless character that Jessica represents. A woman too hot for hell, too cold for heaven.

Great drawing, and I absolutely love how you did the glitter effect. Nive foreshortening of the arms, too.

I wonder how many people here realize how EXTREMELY DIFFICULT it is to draw forward reaching arms? I get pains just thinking about it.

This was so beautifully done. I love your style! Fabulous work on a fabulous character. As if it wasn't hard to do, you made her look even better! Bravo!

That is impressive!! I love how she has her hands stretched toward the camera, instead of just on her hips like all the other Jessica pics out there. I think this is the best I've ever seen her look (including the movies)

O EM GEE I was watching "Who Framed Rodger Rabbit" for the first time a few days ago. I had no idea where this character came from before then, although I had seen her before.
