Ugh, I wish I had a more up-to-date version of photoshop that could use brushes/textures/you name it done on the newer versions. Oh well, I still like the concept, and hopefully will be able to use these brushes some day.

Just put the file into your Adobe Photoshop/Presets/Brushes folder (wherever you've got Photoshop installed) then access the brushes like you do any of the other speciality brushes through the fly-out menu in P'Shop. You may need to restart the program before you can use them.

I downloaded this expecting separate shape brushes that I could use in different ways.
Not pictures that could be used in one specific way period.

They're pretty much all flat out full images, instead of being single pieces that you can pice together, or use for texturing.
In all, they're finishing "special effects" brushes. that you would use layered on top of something you've already made.
think 5 or so hexagons randomly placed together with a circle with a line coming out sometimes.
