what they don't tell you about those adverts is that they photoshop them into unrealistic dimensions. the sad part about an advert like that is that pressured teens feel they need to look like that, and they practically kill themselves trying to get the impossible.

I think it is 'unfair' for the critic to ask you to remove the fence, and fast food chain. I mean leaving those two things in there gives the photo a whole mass of different meanings. Removing them we would have the stereotypical "Superficial beauty fades, whether you like it or not." and I would be left asking myself "Why is this up in the DD?" - No it is the little details in this photo that deserve to be shown, and that is why you deserve to be in the DD. So, don't you dare change a thing about this photo.
