There's a perfectly reasonable way for Axel and Roxas to have a son :
Gene blending. Extremely advanced superscience would allow Axel and Roxas's DNA to be blended, then the child would simply have to gestate in a womb (it'd probably be Larxene's XD ) and would thus contain not Larxene's DNA, but the DNA of its true parents.
