looks pretty good to me...
its quite a balanced peice with the light and dark...I see nothing too wrong with the anatomy seeing as though its manga-ish and the colour is consistant. its nice and detailed where it needs to be which is also good
the only thing that would make it stand out more is a background design or something...
so i dont know... "meh" is kind of dismissive for someone who hasnt posted even one work themselves. ive also read your "Right" theory and i find it a little judgemental as well... sure there are people who favourite for fan-based purposes, ive seen it myself, but you cant say that works like this dont have any merit because of it by saying "meh"
yes someone who just posts fan-based work will get favourites but just how many favourites is always determined by how good it actually is...506 favourites is pretty good from where im standing in what... 3 hours after posting?
im sure most people dont even know what Right Fandoms is so why use it as a base for critique?

For the same reason you felt to give a long, detailed riposte to my comment. Meh isn't a bad thing, it just doesn't appeal to me too much. The hair colors are a tad garish to me and the sudden purple dark shading on Axel's outfit is jarring to me. Also, Tthe outfit details are kinda muddy and Roxas's face seems off-center and undefined.
In any case however, it seems as if a "meh" meant for Jack666rulez has been construed it as a "you suck" meant for the both of you. I can't help how my comments are received (especially as I am an artless n00b), but I most certainly did not aim for that reaction.

i didnt really take it as a "you suck"... i just felt that you leant on something not concrete to give an opinion which was more relevent to the category of fanart rather than the art specifically
i understand that you have an opinion and you do have the right to express it freely... i just think if your going to critique it, say what you just said in you last comment instead of "meh". you never know maybe next time Jack666rules might not use the same vivid colour next time or w/e
i can agree with you on most of your reasoning anyway with the purple on axel's outfit and all...but if like i said its always good to say what you mean in and why in your original comment so Jack666rulez could have walked away the wiser.
