Description
My entry for Facebook's Steampunk Gun Club contest which required using one or all of a bottle, computer mouse, and lightbulb.
I managed to place at 5th out of 15 entries.

The Call:
A gun made ages ago by an occultist-engineer. It derives its power from a small portal at the base which opens into a dimension of the Elder Gods.
Power transfers from the portal to the ring in front. As the round from the portal chamber passes through the ring, eldritch energy imbues the round with phenomenal, yet unpredictable power. Sometimes, it's explosive, sometimes electrical, sometimes, it opens its own dark portal, and so on.
it was found during an archeological dig in a remote, ancient Middle Eastern city and brought back to England by Professor Remus Greystone.

Materials:
Old toy gun, cardboard food packaging, bottle, pen light, lightbulb, toy compass, wood glue, paint, wire, ribbon, hair band, foam.
