While the Lich's true appearance is not known, one record has been found that may give us an idea. The record itself is supposedly from one of the heroes of Dorthellon: "The archmage Samael and his associates managed to hit that foul being with a monumental counter spell in order to break his defences. On doing so, we may have seen his true appearance; he was tall with a gaunt body which was covered in mysterious runes, his skin was pale and covered with scars and burns, his hair was thick, grey and unkempt, his eyes were dark and filled with rage and his were lips curled back in a vile grimace. This grim look ended quickly when he charged forward killing one of the mages before taking on their appearance and letting out a fiendish laugh".
