It took a while, but I finally found a good Chun Li outfit on Renderosity. (Actually, I'd seen it before, but didn't know the product's name, or who the vendor was.)

So, here she is, exhausted from another day of kicking evil ass and having fallen asleep after a bit of lounging on the couch. I was going to put her boots and bracelets on the floor nearby, but I didn't think she'd be careless enough to leave spiked bracelets on the floor like that. And if she goes to the trouble of putting those away, then she might as well put her boots there too. Oh, and before you ask, I did not alter her stockings to make them footless. That's actually how they came, to my pleasant surprise.
