Wow,thats awsome. I never read The Juniper Tree by that person. But my creepy Uncle read the one by the Grimm Brothers to me when I was younger. I still remember crying after hearing it. And I love the way you did the branches.

Nice textures, though I think I'd smooth them out a bit...sort of make the background look a little more like newsprint. Just a thought.
I like it...great job with the type...you've got an nice balance going on. Well done on the tree...the branches look like boney limbs. It compliments the roots.
