UPDATE: SKIN REMADESkin has been remade; works a little better, looks a little better.
Enjoy!
When you go to your journal page, on the left where your journal skins are, there should be an option saying "Edit Skin"
Once you click that, you should see:
Skin Header Skin Skin Footer
In skin header, the first line of code will say
:icon jaclynonacloud:
To Change the Icon near the top of the Page, change :icon jaclynonacloud: to your username without the space.
And as for the links:
Change the links in the header like so:
ex. Commissions
The Subbed is where your link needs to go
and the Underline will be the title of the link that shows up.

If you mean saving the changes to the skin, at the bottom of the editing page, there is a save and save as button.
And as long as you can use journal skins, every journal you write will keep the same skin. ^^
