A banner I made for myself for general use. The character is both a Gijinka and actual portrayal of Mei from Yuichi Kimura's "Arashi no Yoru ni." The former is an oekaki I got off 4-Chan, so I don't know who the artist is.

I make no claims to Yuichi Kimura's works.

Feel free to take anything that doesn't have a specific non-canon character names on them, but please notify me first. I really, really don't appreciate it when people steal my graphics. It's been done several times before and it really grinds my gears. As with all these banners, I've also made matching avatars in various sizes for forums. Drop me a line if you'd like them as well!
