Description
This situation is relatable to many people, but one aspect really grinds my gears. I often feel like I'm not valued because, when I share my ideas, someone might suggest talking to a specific person to bring them to life. However, after that, other staff members seem to ignore me, treating me as if I don't exist despite us working together. It feels like I have to constantly prove my worth.

I desire a workplace where I can enjoy a friendly and happy atmosphere, not just events focused on the staff. I suggest ideas, but they are often dismissed, with others believing they won't work. When I took on the role of DJ for a particular event, no one showed up, leaving me questioning the abilities of the staff and whether I truly belong there.

When I try to explain my ideas, I often get interrupted by an event manager who says, 'We'll see about that. We'll discuss it in a meeting and think it over.' This happens even when I haven't finished explaining the entire concept. It's incredibly frustrating, and they end the conversation there, walking away without providing any answers.

It's genuinely challenging to communicate effectively with people like that. I'm certain this is a relatable experience for many of you.
