History:Sky grew in a small town,with a loving family,friends,and good grades.When Sky turned 19,her friends took her to abounded electricity power plant as a surprised for her.There,they messed around with old equipment,while Sky simply stood close to the edge,staring at the electrified water down below.As a dumb joke one of her friends push over the edge,seeing if she would survived,which they all knew she wouldn't.Instead,when Skylar crashed into the water,her body absorbed the electricity.When her friends saw this ran away out of fear,while Sky was slowly trying to figure it out.After awhile,Sky created a grappling hook out of her new found electrically abilities.Sky left the power plant and her hometown,she moved to Chicago where she became their little protector.

Weapon:A pair of sharpened metal scissors,due to the fact she's a hairdresser,she has easy access to scissors.She'll only use if there is no electricity to recharge or if she has to use melee combat.If she can,she will electrify her metal scissors and throw them at enemies like throwing knives.
